Engineering Department:
Engineering department is comprised of three sections with cooperation of specialized and experienced personnel utilizing the latest engineering software and hardware:
1- Research section
2- Design and drafting section
3-Electronic section

Considering the ever-increasing importance of electronic unit in control of mechanical mechanism of machineries, close cooperation between these three units is created with the following duties:
1- Design of new machineries
2- Design of special assemblies according to customer's order
3- Compilation of best method of production of parts
4- Verification and improvement of mechanical and electronic designs being manufactured.

| According to long-term strategy of Company for manufacturing of special machines for beverage industries, research section has carefully verified and designed the mechanism and quality of their mechanical and electronic performance and then has drawn the basic design of several mechanisms by AutoCAD and CATIA software leading to trial manufacturing of important mechanisms and different tests. After being certain about correct performance of mechanism and type of materials used, the basic design will be completed and sent to design and drafting section. After that, the general design of machine is drawn with the help of electronic section by consideration of required output and available facilities. Finally, after careful re-verification of the machine design, it will be sent to production section. |
