- Labeling machine with thermal glue and capability of sticking (oriented polypropylene) OPP tapes on plastic, gloss, PET cylindrical containers and can in circular and semi-circular forms.
- Labeling machine is linear with minimum glue consumption.
- Machine is equipped with PLC and HMI monitoring system enabling the operator to adjust the machine easily and control and adjust the production speed, temperature of glue passage and length of label while the bottle is changing. Total number of production can also be observed within different periods. All changes and adjustments can be executed through Touch Screen and performance of each section can be controlled separately.
- Machine is equipped with intelligent troubleshooting system and operator is warned about problems and errors so the defect is quickly eliminated causing minimum deficiency in production.
- All parts of machine that are in contact with materials and water are made from stainless steel (304).
- Machine has a safety shield made from stainless steel 304 to protect against moving systems during operation. When one of doors is opened, machine will automatically turn off.
- Machine is guaranteed for one year and ten years after sale services.
