- Rinsing, filling and capping machine for PET bottle with 40 water spray nozzles, 60 filling valves and 16 capping heads for non-fizzy diluted liquids including water, milk, yogurt drink, extracts, toxins etc and output of 18000 bottles (1500 cc) and 24000 bottles (500 cc) with plastic screw caps in different sizes.
- Air conveyor is used to transfer the bottles to machine. Transfer of bottle on the machine is neck to neck; therefore any change in bottle height would not affect the height of different sections. Production line can be adjusted in shortest time and minimum alterations.
- Rinsing takes place in one phase and if there is no bottle on the line, spray nozzle stops automatically and prevents wasting of water. For optimal use of water, waste water of washing section is sprayed on the chains of conveyor.
- Filling of materials is in Gravity Level form. If there is no bottle on the line or the bottle is defected, filling valve will not turn on. If there is foam in the materials during filling process, vacuum pump can be used to discharge the foam from the bottle and transfer it to main tank. Pneumatic jack is used for Pilfer Proof the bottle and filling valve.
- The tank is made from stainless steel (304) and level of materials in the tank is controlled by (continues level meter) Prob system. This sensor determines the time of turning on and turning off the materials' inlet pump. Level of materials in can be observed on monitoring screen.
- Capping head is made from stainless steel (304) and is magnetic therefore the force for fixing the cap can be adjusted. The head picks up the cap and fix it on the bottle. If there is no bottle on the line, capping path will be closed.
- Machine is equipped with Cleaning in Place washing system. When production is completed, operator connects the covers of filling valve under the valve and then activates the CIP system so that washing materials (boiling water, caustic soda, and steam) enters the tank and filling valves through CIP inlet. Detergents are circulating in the system and operator can discharge them by materials' inlet pipe.
- Machine is equipped with PLC and HMI monitoring system enabling the operator to adjust the machine easily and adjust the production output. Total number of production can also be observed within different periods. All changes and adjustments can be executed through Touch Screen and performance of each section can be controlled separately.
- Machine is equipped with intelligent troubleshooting system and operator is warned about problems and errors so the defect is quickly eliminated causing minimum deficiency in production.
- There is an elevator to transfer the caps to arrangement section. Elevator turns on automatically if number of caps in arrangement section is reduced and transfers the caps to this section.
- Machine has a safety shield made from stainless steel (304) to protect against moving systems during operation. If one of the doors is open, machine will automatically turn off. Operator will be warned by alarm before machine starts working. Machine has manual control as well.
- Machine is guaranteed for one year and ten years after sale services.
