Conveying systems:
The level of output of each production line directly depends on production capacity of machines and capacity of lines, which connecting the machines.
Both these factors have great importance in the level of production and any weakness in one of these factors shall directly affect the total production rate. If machines operate with high production speed but connection lines between machines is small and unsuitable or there is technical defect in one machine, all machines will be stopped due to non-existence of product on the line and output shall stop too. But if connecting lines are designed according to requirement and capacity of machines, any technical defect in one machine will not affect the other machines and they shall be able to continue their operation with sufficient products and prevent the reduction of output. Therefore, in order to achieve a desirable production, the production unit needs logical design and coordination between connecting lines of its machines.
Padideh Pars Company has the ability of manufacture of connecting lines with different capacities based on customer's requirements including the following:
1- Air Conveyors
This system is used for movement of Pet containers. Containers are placed on their neck on two parallel rails of an air tunnel and move along the rail by blowing the air on their head. One blowing fan is needed for each 5-7 meters of tunnel in average based on size and dimensions of air tunnel.

2- Belt Conveyors
This system is used for movement of Pet containers, cans etc on stainless steel or plastic chains with different widths. One to fourteen rows of direct or rotating conveyors can be used in this system as required.

3- Roller Conveyors
Large parcels such as cartons and baskets etc are displaced by this system. Pipe-shaped rollers are used for displacement that can be moved by motor or force of weight of parcels on slope.
4- Slat Band Conveyors
Granule and bottle caps can be displaced by this system. Stepped or non-stepped rubbers may be used for transfer.
