Beverage packaging manufacturers need to quickly adapt their production lines to new consumers’ requirements and market’s needs.The new model 680G Triblock PET machine by Padideh Pars , is the result of investments in advance technical solutions developed to provides users with a simple , easy to use and cost-effective system for a production output up to 20,000 bottles per hour.This machine has 60 rinsing nozzles, 80 filling valves and 10 Pick&Palce magnetic heads and it has been developed for bottling carbonated water and other carbonated soft drinks in PET bottle ranging from 250 cc up to 1500 cc.

The machine has following features:

• Easy changeover of spare parts.
• Separated or integrated electrical cabinet.
• Safety guards made of AISI 304 stainless steel with tempered glass.
• Ability of connecting air conveyors directly to the infeed section of filling machine.

Machine Operation System
Bottle Infeed System
Empty bottles are transferred through the air conveyor into filling machine. Neck to neck handling system is offered for PET bottles, where the bottles are conveyed on their neck and requiring no height adjustment.
Rinsing System
Inside of bottles are cleaned by spraying water in a single-phase rinsing process.
Filling System
The level filling technology (Counter Pressure) is offered for bottling carbonated products. The filling operation is carried out under CO2 pressure and product temperature 2- 4 degrees celsius.
Capping system
The machine is equipped with stainless steel, magnetic and Pick&Place capping heads to apply plastic screw caps.
